This document (hereinafter referred to as the Terms and Conditions) sets out the conditions that apply to registration for conferences organized by Weibel Scientific A/S, having its registered address at Solvang 30, 3450 Allerød, Denmark – CVR no. 80609515.
Accept and conditions
By registering for the Weibel conference and purchasing accepting the Terms and Conditions, you accept the full extent of the Terms and Conditions.
Please note that registration is binding, and the ticket is non-refundable.
If you are prevented from participating, you are welcome to send a colleague in your place. Notify the organizers of this as soon as possible.
Should the conference be canceled, we will refund all expenses.
Handling of your information
We store the information you enter during registration in our internal database.
We use your e-mail to send confirmation, possibly invoice, information about the conference and evaluation after the day.
We will only use your phone number if – contrary to expectations – we need to contact you on the day.
We do not pass on your data to third parties.
We save your information for after the upcoming conference – after which they will be deleted.
Legal information
The use of this website is subject to Danish legislation.
Any disputes must be settled at the district court in the first instance.
